Locking is an improvisational funk dance made by Don Campbell in the late 1960’s. We will learn locking fundamentals in order to use them as tools to express yourself with movement through the music; communicate with your audience through performance; and most importantly, connect yourself to the culture of street dance. This progressive will allow you to take Don’s dance and make it your own!
